West O.35 trial will be held on Sunday 19th May on the water astro at the Clifton College Sports Ground, Failand.
Pitch time is 11.00 to 1.00 so please be pitchside changed between 10.15 and 10.30. Match shirts will be provided.
Please advise Martin Jenkins ([email protected]) if you will be attending as soon as possible, and encourage eligible clubmates to attend – but note that the age range is expanded to being born between 1st January 1980 and 31st December 1985.
A Manager and a Captain will be appointed at the trial, so if you would like to be considered please also let Martin know beforehand.
The Regional O.35 tournament is to be held on 17th/18th August 2019 at Abbeydale, Sheffield.
The England O35 selectors plan to be present and will use the event to make initial selections for their trials for next season, 2020.
There were differing views on relaxing the age group qualifications but a majority were in favour of allowing players who qualify for internationals in 2020 to be eligible – but for this year only.
