Clifton Robinsons are once again delighted to offer places at our Summer Hockey Camp.
Open to all abilities, regardless of school or hockey club! Check the camps out below and get yourselves booked onto the biggest camp of the year. All camps are led by top National League mens, womens and international players and coaches to develop your game to the next level. No gimmicks, just great coaching, a fantastic coach to player ratio and loads of hockey opportunity.
The Performance Camp – Open to 13 -16 year olds. Led by the Clifton Robinsons National League coaches and International players this camp is aimed at Talent Academy, County and school A team level hockey players, this is the camp to be on if you want to get seen and accelerate your progress through the summer. This camp designed to cover every part of the game over the week long camp, including basics, gameplay and those higher level skills we’re all so keen to learn and master.
The Development Camp – Open to 8 – 13 year olds. We break into 3 age/ability groups to support those just starting to really enjoy their hockey journey at school or their club through to more experienced players. Over the 4 days you will look at all the technical sides of the game whilst also taking part in plenty of matchplay. A fantastically fun place to develop your hockey and led by top coaches and players at Clifton Robinsons.
The Introduction Camp – Open to 7-8 year olds. The camp for those just starting out in the game. This camp is all about having fun and getting to know the technical parts of the game in a safe and supportive environment with plenty of gameplay thrown in too. Led by coaches and players with a keen interest in the younger years.
The Goalkeeper Camp – Open to ages 7 – 16. We have two dedicated goalkeeper coaches who work with our goalkeepers individually, in small groups and support through gameplay. Goalkeepers spend half their camp with their age group, involved in training drills and games, and half their time with their goalkeeper coach mastering their craft. Sign up for the camp that best fits you and you will be automatically added to the Goalkeeper Camp.
The Future Coaches Camp – Open to ages 16+. Back by popular demand is our future coaches camp. Exploring the theoretical side of coaching, those taking part will be supported through session plan development and tactical understanding so that they can hone their skills with our younger groups in the afternoon and then lead teams during Friday’s ‘Tournament Day’. A great way to progress your coaching skills. For those completing the course, a place as a ‘junior coach’ on next summers camp!
