- Provide mentoring support for the 1st and 2nd team performance coaching staff

Roles and Responsibilities
- t
- Act as a mentor for the performance coaches in the club, which are currently the 1st and 2nd team coaches, provide support for the U16 and U18 lead coaches in developing our NAGs players and exceptional U14 players
- In liaison with the Director of Club Coaching oversee the senior coaches for the club (1st and 2nd team) and man-manage the 1st and 2nd team coaches
- With the approval of the coaching committee, lead the recruitment of and appoint Coaching staff to the 1st and 2nd team
- Monitor and assess performance coaching at some matches / training to guide, advise and assist
- Direct and encourage performance coaches to CPD opportunities
- Deliver 2 / 3 workshops a year to the performance coaches
- Work with the Director of Club Coaching to develop a junior development pathway to provide individual support / development plans for talented junior players, including NAGs players. This individual support can also be provided by the junior performance coaches.
- Promote a performance coaching ethos.
- Develop a performance coaching methodology
- Provide the point of contact for the EHA on performance related areas
