The Clifton Robinsons Ladies 1 were excited to play Hampstead and Westminster in the second match after the winter break in the Premier Division.

After a long journey to Paddington Rec the away side got off to a brilliant start, putting a lot of pressure on the home sides outlet and scoring an early goal converted by Meg Crowson from a penalty corner.

Clifton kept this momentum, and some very fluid team build up play lead to another goal which was finished by Livvy Hoskins.

Hampstead responded to this goal almost immediately, putting a lot of pressure on Clifton which lead to them scoring two goals in quick succession.

An amazing reverse stick hit into the top corner from Meg Crowson put the away side back up 3-2 with only one quarter to go.

Despite some lovely attacking play from Clifton, Hampstead managed to score again in the final quarter. This meant the game finished 3-3.
